Jacob & Sundstrom has over twenty years of experience working with customers to develop effective solutions to meet their needs. Our level of expertise is evidenced by our customers' experiences. Our first systems programming customer is still utilizing our services today.

- J&S Security Support Center: Jacob & Sundstrom operates a non-classified network security center in support of commercial customers at our downtown Baltimore location. The purpose of this center is to promote security awareness, education, and remote support for a select group of private sector clients.
- Academic and Government Research: Supporting academic and Government research since 1984, Jacob & Sundstrom has been involved in laboratory research and authoring papers on information security issues, both classified and unclassified.

- Department of Defense: Since 1995, Jacob & Sundstrom has provided services to the Department of Defense in Information Assurance and Information Security. Our role has included: software product evaluation and development, intrusion detection system (IDS) support, CSIRT operational support, network traffic analysis, incident response and reporting, criminal and intelligence investigative support, database development and management, and network security analysis training.

- Data Center and Systems Programming: We currently support several data centers for the state government, as well as for academic research institutions and the Federal Government. Jacob & Sundstrom has also managed the installation and integration of database technologies for commercial customers in manufacturing and healthcare.
